For internship program applicants

Internship candidates are expected to have completed their academic program and be able to commit
focused, uninterrupted time to learning and contributing, without the pressures of parallel academic
schedules, assignments, or examinations. - Academic scores alone do not define capability. We look for hands-on skills, curiosity, and the willingness to learn.

Internships at Silizium Circuits are hands-on and meaningful, not observational. Interns are treated as
part of the team and evaluated based on involvement, learning curve, and ownership of work. -
High-performing interns may be considered for conversion to a full-time role, purely based on performance,
attitude, and long-term fit.
